How to register with a doctor in Slovakia?
Contact the local doctor to whom you belong according to the address of registration in Slovakia. You need to contact him, inform that you belong to him at the registration address, and then the doctor will tell you when he can be approached in order to sign a consent to the provision of medical services. Thus, the doctor registers you as his patient, starts a medical record and will receive monthly payments for you from the insurance company.
