Highway Vignettes in Slovakia

Since 1 December 2015, motorway vignettes have been sold electronically in the Slovak Republic. They are a fee for using specified sections of motorways and expressways, which is linked to a certain period of time. A vignette can be purchased for a calendar year, for 365 days, for 30 days or for 10 days.

From September 11, 2023, the National Road Company changed the conditions for purchasing vignettes for travel on toll roads. The period of time during which you can make changes to the data initially specified when purchasing a vignette has been extended. Previously, you could only make adjustments when purchasing a vignette within 15 minutes, now you can correct the data until the end of the current day.
