- The landlord has the right to terminate the contract if the tenant delays payment for more than three months, causes significant damage to the property, uses the accommodation for purposes other than agreed, or violates the rights of neighbors.
- The security deposit may be withheld by the landlord in case of property damage, early departure without notice, or unpaid utility bills.
